Project Manager (based in Yangzhou, China)
Job Description:
·Reports to the Senior Project Management and have a dotted
·Will interpret specifications and communicate with the Engineering teams within the factory
·Plan the production readiness for all process within the factory, ie Molding , SMT , Assembly , testing, initial material supply.
·Use MS project and follow a development process to manage projects on time, on budget and with high quality.
·Be responsible for tracking the progress of multiple projects on a day to day basis.
·Act as a liaison between UEI USA / UEI Europe / vendors and customers as required.
·Guide projects from initiation and estimation to create achievable and clear statements of work.
·Generate technical schedules, risk management plans and perform task management oversight and technical status.
·Establish strong working relationship with other factories within the group
Candidate requirements
·We require a minimum of 5-8 years of experience with project management, deliverable management.
·Must be able to demonstrate experience in project schedule/task management/tracking, risk management and project status communication/reporting.
·Must be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business people internally and externally – dealing with vendors
·Additionally, will need to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and be able to guide multiple concurrent project tracks.
·Excellent command of Mandarin (Putonghua) and English
·A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic engineering preferred.
